Development - flats for rent

Taking over an old language school on Baker Street and obtaining permition for a change of use from commercial to residential. 

 

We then transformed the two buildings into six two bedroom flats intented for rent.

Aiming at students of the London Business School nearby we created an neutral and functional scheme with all the modern comforts such as AC, underfloor heating and Lutron lighting control system.

​

A subtle colour palette and fine finishes were carefully chosen developing a cohesive look.
